Mona Lisa Photography specializes in on location photography including photojournalism and special events.
Use this service for Company Literature as well as News Releases
A minimum deposit of
$300 will insure we reserve your special appointment date and time for
you. This deposit covers the first hour of shooting time, plus
1/2 hour to burn to CD and minimal retouching services. Each half hour after that photographing/retouching or fraction thereof will be an additional $100 if photographer is available.
You will receive all the requested digital images we can reasonably
capture during the session. We often delete the less than flattering or
"reject" prints before burning to CD or transferring to your
computer(s) or media. A 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed policy allows you
to recoup any deposits paid, if you choose not to accept the images
created at your event or session .
No part of any order shall be delivered until payment is received in full.
In the event a client may cancel the appointment the deposit
is non-refundable. In some cases the deposit may be applied to future
session(s). If for any reason we are unable to provide the requested
services our liability is limited to total refund of any deposit or
payments paid.

do everything possible to make it easy for you to enjoy your photographic
experience. This is because each time you look at your portraits
by Mona Lisa... not only will they look great, but you will have
great
memories of making them...
Because A Picture Is Worth A Thousand Words...
Art takes time. A great
"on location" session takes from 30 minutes to one and a half hours. A minimum fee of $200 covers this time, but if
more than one and a half hour is needed, the additional time may be purchased at $25 per fifteen minutes.
No hard sell. We want
to know everything you'll want beforehand, so we ask that our clients tell
us how many "original" poses they would like to purchase at $4 (additional charge) each have for giving as gifts,
framing and albums etc... We photograph you in enough poses
to cover this pre-determined budget, plus we may take a few extra shots- especially
if we think you may have blinked, or if for any reason, we feel this would
result in a better product for you.
STUDIO SESSION FEES
... We charge a minimum $200 candid or portrait creation fee for your session time which
can include up to one and a half hour, plus $4 per image for a complete
set of "original" 5x7 photographs and a letter of permission for you to
make copies of your images on your home scanner, a retail photo copy stand
or any method or place of your choosing.
When the original set of prints
is ready within 1 to 3 days, we meet so you can view them. We have pre
edited out the blinks and less than acceptable shots... Your order is gift
packaged and ready to go! You view them and give us your approval. If you
are pleased, you then pay for the portrait order, plus any extra incidentals
if ordered, such as a Photo CD or original negatives...
If there is any problem
with the order and they are not approved at our meeting time, you are allowed a choice of either
to re-shoot or to forgo the order. If you choose to forgo the portraits,
the prepaid session fee is refunded with no hassle at this time. This is
our 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEED POLICY. "Happy Customers" are our #1 goal.
THE BEST PART OF MONA LISA'S
SPECIAL IS THE COPYRIGHT PERMISSION.
This means you are allowed to
scan, duplicate or copy your photographs for reproduction in any manner
you choose, be it through Mona Lisa Photography, at a Kodak Copy
Stand or local photoshop, or even a Newspaper or Magazine publication.
For an additional fee we
offer you a choice of a Digital Photo CD or direct email of images for an extra $5 per image.
You may wish to purchase only the CD digital images, for $20 per image or less depending on the number of images purchased.
